Applicable School Year: 2026–2027 academic year

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

Be a graduating high school senior

Be enrolling in a college or community college the following academic year

Be pursuing a degree in the creative arts

Reside in the Chicagoland area (Year One requirement)

Provide proof of college registration

Application Requirements

To be considered, students must submit:

A 750-word essay describing their dream creative future and how they intend to use their creativity to help build a better world

A creative portfolio (any medium that reflects the applicant’s artistic discipline)

Proof of college registration or acceptance

All applications will be reviewed thoroughly and thoughtfully. One recipient will be selected based on creativity, vision, authenticity, and alignment with the spirit of the scholarship.
